Standish Sports and Uniforms Ltd., ssandu.co.uk (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK business selling goods and services. Our terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to all our transactions and are set out below. Please read our terms carefully. Ordering and delivery timescales
On receipt of an order you will be contacted within 2 working days with confirmation of your order and a delivery time and date.
If you need your order sooner please telephone us to arrange a sooner delivery.
Payment
Payment can be made in the following ways.
Through paypal at the time of order.
Over the phone by debit or credit card
Cash on Delivery
Goods remain the property of SS and U Ltd until payment is received.
Sizes
If you are unsure of size please contact us to arrange a fitting. We can bring a selection of garments to ensure you have the correct size
Returns
If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection/exchange. Faulty items will be replaced/exchanged free of charge. If you wish to return for any other reason items must be returned to the shop or can be collected for a small charge.
Items to be returned must be returned in the condition they were delivered and must still have tags attached/original packaging.
Please note that customised garments are non-returnable unless faulty. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the order is correct before the item is customised.
Stock
Please note that during August stock levels CANNOT be guaranteed.
Where items ordered are not in stock SS&U Ltd will contact you within 48 hours to informs of you of when the items will be back in stock. You then have the option of a full refund or delivery when the item is back in stock.
